Stopped at the one in Drummondville Quebec, best decision of this year ! The lasagna was awesome and I loved the “toast your own bread bar” My waiter was also incredible and helped a wine newbie like me learn some things! Thank you to Christopher for making my nite! I highly recommend this restaurant and this hotel (best western Drummondville right off a20)

I changed my review to 5 stars because I saw a big change at Pacini and they deserve to get 5 stars. This time I had a spectacular night at Pacini. Food was amazing, service was wonderful and staff were so kind and friendly. As I told you what happened first time I'm going to tell you how was my second visit. We reached there around 5pm and they got the order few minutes later. It was amazing. Appetizers and drinks were served shortly. We haven't finished the appetizers that main dishes also were served. Food was amazing, my sons loved the food. The restaurant was full and I noticed the Manger worked hard and helped the staff to provide best ever experience. She was wonderful and I think she did a good job to fix the issues that we experienced last time. If you read other bad reviews most of them complain about the waiting time for serving the food. Buy I assure you that it won't be a case anymore. The manager last time told me she will fix the issue and she did it. I will defenetly will go there and I'm sure I will have perfect dinner. I'm so happy that I came back there and gave the manager and all staff the opportunity to show me how wonderful this restaurant is. I didn't remove my previous review only for showing you the changes and give you a sight that other old reviews like my old review are not valid anymore and you need to ignore all bad reviews and give them another chance. Then you will join me to give them another 5 starts. -------------------------------- My old review: (Please ignore thus part and don't judge base on my old review, I just keep it to give you a context) It was the worst ever experience. They didn't bring the food atfer an hour and half because the lady who got the order forgot to pass it to the kitchen! We stayed there for one hour and half with two kids and had to leave hungry, disappointed and tired. We reached there around 6 pm. A lady got the order after 15 minutes waiting. She left and nothing happened about 45 minutes. Then she came back with drinks! Then I thought food will come shortly after that. After another 30 minutes I called her and ask about the reason behind the delay. I told her why two other tables who came after us got their food. And she said she forgot to give their order to the kitchen so she pushed the chef to prepare their food! So after almost one hour and half waiting for the food, I decided to leave the restaurant.she said ok you need to pay for the drink! And left to bring the bill! She came back after couple of minutes and told me that I don't need to pay for the drink because she forgot to pass the order to the kitchen!!!. Yes! She had only one job to do and she forgot it! Then I talked with manager, she claimed that she just arrived and she didn't know what happened, she tried to fix the issue but the damage was already done. She asked me to give her another chance and be her guest next time. But I don't think I go there for another time. Hope they fix the issue and be more respectful about the time that people spend there. It's a kind of expensive-ish restaurant but the service that they provide is less than a small street food vendor. If I go there one day and if they provide better service I will change this review but for now they deserve to get only 1 star.

Delicious food, kind staff, 'bread bar' where you can butter and grill your own bread (with multiple combinations). The atmosphere is really nice and if it's your birthday they even have their own song that they play on the speakers and TVs. Nothing not to like! 5/5 stars. :)

Very enjoyable meal! Loved my cod linguine main meal with table d’hote; the Cesar salads was amazing and fresh. Our waitress brought us some bread with choices of butter, and we grilled it ourselves with masks on at the grill. Loved the garlic butter, as well as the basil butter. The pizza was great also. We ordered the hot dessert with apple crumbs and ice cream. Amazing experience!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pacini Vaudreuil-Dorion and I was extremely impressed with the service. Our server was incredibly nice and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Italian dining experience.

Wow Pacini has really uped their game, place looks great, service was excellent and the food was awesome. Pizza was fantastic and the fries are out of this world. With all the upgrades the bread bar is still there. Definately worth the visit.

I went on a Monday evening. The place was empty. The waiter was very good and the food was good too. I took the lasagna with veal meatballs. I tried the pastas too it was good but it wasn't anything special. The escargot and cheesecake I enjoyed it too. Another nice thing was how you can grill your bread and add some spreads on it too. They also had many drink options as well and I liked mine. I tried the lemonade and it wasn't too sour.
